All listed registration fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Registrations are accepted by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). A tax invoice may also be provided upon request.

Welcome Reception – Friday 19 November 2021

Take this opportunity to meet your peers from the industry, in a social environment, at our AMC 2021 Welcome Reception at the conclusion on our day one programme. This ticket is included in your registration fee. Complimentary tickets will be available through the online registration form.

Payment deadlines

Registrations received by 19 August 2021 must be paid in full by 19 August 2021 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.

Cancellation & refund policy

Deadline: 17 September 2021

Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 17 September 2021 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 17 September 2021 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted.


All best endeavours will be made to present the program as displayed on this website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.

The Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

Conference Postponement

In the event of a postponement all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Conference dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, Welcome Reception RSVP and Workshop registrations will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Conference Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.

Conference Cancellation

In the event of the cancellation of the Conference, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
